Have you ever heard about the 4-minute mile? 

It’s one of my favorite stories.

For many years, nobody in the world managed to run a 4-minute mile. 

Doctors and scientists even said that it was physically impossible. Not just hard, or dangerous… but IMPOSSIBLE.

In the 1940s, the mile record was pushed down to 4:01 minutes, and many thought that the human body had reached its limit.

But guess what?

On May 6, 1954, Roger Bannister broke the 4-minute barrier.

When journalists asked about his training routine, he shared something unexpected: 

He had visualized the achievement every single morning before the competition.

And what’s even more impressive…

Within two years of his achievement, another 37 people ran the 4-minute mile.

I love this story because it tells us something very powerful about human nature…

We must see it before we can believe it.

As Tony Robbins says, “When you become certain about the results, you see extraordinary potential that allows you to take massive action.”

And this, my friend, is the reason why I decided to do these shop tours at A1.
