- Comply with all Event and Program rules.

Violations may result in removal without a refund.

5. Modifications to Events, Programs, and Terms

We reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, formats, venues, or these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated, and credits for future Events or Programs may be provided at our discretion. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

6. Media, Recording, and Content Consent

By attending an Event or Program, you consent to the capture and use of photos, recordings, or other materials for promotional and educational purposes. To opt-out, notify us in writing before the Event or Program begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, recordings, and presentations, is the intellectual property of the respective creators. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

- Technical issues or third-party platform failures;
- Reliance on provided materials.

Participants assume all inherent risks associated with Events and Programs. This limitation does not apply to personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

9. Indemnification

10. Termination of Access and Prohibited Conduct

We may terminate or restrict access without prior notice if a participant:

12. User-Generated Content

By submitting content during Events or Programs, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it. We are not responsible for participant-shared content.

These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Disputes shall be resolved in U.S. courts.

15. Attorneys' Fees

In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
