Brian started in the home services industry as many do: family recruitment. Having family in the business gave Brian early access to learning the mechanical wrench turning as well as exposure to the vast difference of experience in the service industry. Eventually, Brian continued his plumbing career but began to expand his communication training. Serving as Vice President of Sales for the One Hour Heating and Cooling, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electric in Lancaster, PA. for over a decade, helping take them from $6mm to $34mm out of one location. In September of 2023 Brian and his family moved to Phoenix, Az. to serve as the General Manager of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with one of his mentors, Mike Brewer.
